I don't know if he deliberately did it or he had a serious condition :(
but can't be the latter la right... he looks really healthy to me.

One time I was tying Yoyo's hair in the train and I didn't notice an uncle staring at us until he pointed out that I missed a lock of hair at the front lol.
If it's in Singapore, no one cares.
